DAkkS accredited calibration

On our own DAkkS accredited calibration stands in Leuna, we can calibrate all measuring instruments for liquids for you in accordance with the standards.

For this purpose, we and our facilities are certified by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) based in Berlin. In our accredited calibration laboratory in Leuna, we offer you all the technical prerequisites to have your measuring instruments calibrated according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

This gives you the security and your customers the confidence in correct measurements and the traceability of your measuring instruments to national standards.

A DAkkS calibrated measuring instrument is firmly anchored in the European and international accreditation structures. This means that your measurements will also be widely accepted beyond Germany’s borders.

Know-how for product improvements and new developments

The high standards we apply to the measurement accuracy of our calibrations are also applied to the repair and further development of your measuring instruments. Here, we work closely with a large number of national and international manufacturers.

Product managers from almost all well-known manufacturers have already been on site in our calibration laboratory in Leuna. Thus, our many years of experience and know-how flow into many product improvements and new product developments.

Every device repaired by us receives its final inspection on one of our DAkkS accredited calibration stands. This provides you with independent proof of the measurement deviation of your measuring device and its traceability in compliance with the accredited measurement uncertainties.

Meter repairs

The meters handed over to us for repair are subject to the following work procedures:

Collection and delivery by our own vehicle or by express service
Disassembly of the meter
Survey (listing of the defective parts)
Quotation to the customer
Cleaning / sandblasting and painting of the meter
Renewal, if necessary, of all wearing parts, e.g. bearing plates, bearing bushes, ball bearings, gears, oval gears, seals, etc.
Mounting of the complete meter
Testing on the test bench
Adjustment for measuring accuracy
Sealing of meters that have been pretested by the custody transfer office
Preparation of a calibration certificate (pre-test certificate)
